'This place was fantastic! I booked the house for my birthday and had plenty of friends joining. The house was exactly as advertised with beautiful decor and plenty of things to do. The beds and couches were more comfortable than at home! We had everything we needed to cook our meals, we watched the movies they supplied, played pool, and the heated pool and spa were the perfect temperature. The property manager was able to assist us with our questions and minor needs. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Jim and Lucy!'

'Thank you for letting us stay in your home for our winter vacation. It was a perfect fit for all 13 of us. the kids enjoyed the pool and media room. It was a hit for them. and us adults enjoyed the hot tub and Patio in the evenings. The kitchen was great for our breakfasts and our evening meals. The beds were so comfortable that our friends are buying a new one when they get home. The back yard pool was nice and private after spending the days running the roads. the privacy is a very nice feature to relaxing in the evenings. Your home is very tastefully decorated to make us feel like were staying in a very high class Hotel. I again would like to say many thanks for sharing your home with us for our vacation.'

'OMG WHERE DO I BEGIN!! We have rented condos on vacation before some were as nice as the pictures some were not. Relaxing Retreat was as nice and more. The kids had a great time in the pool and game room. We all enjoyed having so much room and the comfort of home. It is so much nicer than a hotel where after a few days everyone is ready to go home. We have told so many of our family and friends about this experience already. The kitchen was so well stocked my own kitchen didn't have some of the things we had there. We didn't cook a lot of meals mostly breakfast and a few meals but there are so many nice places to eat in the Orlando area that we ate dinner out a lot. All and all it was a great place everyone was so very nice and we can't thank your property manager enough she handled all our very minor problems in just minutes. From booking with the agent, on down.. you're all just wonderful and it was a pleasure working with you. We had the best vacation ever. Like the song says WE HAD THE TIME OF OUR LIVES....Thank you all so very much we will do this again for sure.....'

'Fantastic, cant describe this house enough!. Our family had a wonderful vacation, and we will be returning for sure!. It met all our needs and more, better than any Hotel. We loved the bug screen around the pool area, which enables you to sit out day and night free of bug bites!.The inside is just lovely, clean spacious, and classy. The club house staff were very friendly and most helpful, and treated us like royalty!. Our Family will be back!!!!. Negative comments......We had to leave!'

'Enchanting is the only word to describe this lovely vacation home. The house has been designed and decorated to address the needs and the whims of even the most discerning traveler. From the time you enter the stunning gated community and are greeted by the "kissing dolphin" to the time you open the front door and marvel at the immensity of the vaulted ceiling in the foyer of your very own "Kissimmee mansion," to the time you take your first swim in the more than roomy attached pool, you will remain mesmerized. We have vacationed in Disney a minimum of eight times as a family. Sometimes, we stayed "in the park" (Dolphin) while other times, we rented in properties on the outskirts of the actual Disney properties (Vistana.) This visit to "MickeyLand", however, was our absolute BEST, and we attribute it to our decision to stay at "Jewel in the Crown." Over the years, our family has grown in size from five to sixteen of us (two new babies.)Prior to finding "Jewel in the Crown," we were fearful that we would not be able to locate accommodations with ample space to accommodate all of us. Thankfully we were wrong. This beautiful property not only provided us with more space than we needed, it also provided us with a breathtaking sanctuary to recount all of the wonderful "park memories" that we had accrued throughout our holiday. As a "home" away from home it served as a catalyst to foster even more memories in the evening - - swimming, playing, pool, air hockey, darts etc. It's difficult to describe "the perfect vacation." But trust me, you know when you've experienced it! I thank the property owner for being so dedicated to the task of making each of his guests feel like Kings and Queens and being such a pleasure to work with.'

'Thanks for everything, the house was as expected, beautiful, exactly what we needed and it worked very well for our group. There is no comparison to staying in a hotel. Our vacation was incredible. Your home was just perfect fit for our family - spacious and comfortable. Even when all thirteen of us were there together, we did not feel cramped. The kids loved the pool area, the game room, and their bedrooms. I thought the beds were very comfortable. After walking in the parks every day, it was heaven to curl up in our bed at night. Your home offers all this and a short 10 minute drive to Disney World. We could not have asked for anything more! You provided a high quality vacation home that I would recommend to anyone. 'We visited Orlando March 9-15 for our sons wedding in Cocoa Beach. We were fortunate to find a beautiful home at Lake View which is listed through Perfect Stay Homes. The home our was 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. There were 10 in our party making this home perfect for everyone to have their own space. We had 2 children with us and they were never bored. The owner provided games for the PS3 and plenty of videos. The pool and hot tub were great after longs days at the parks and after our sons wedding! This home is just far enough away from the parks ( about 15 mins to Disney) to enjoy the slow pace but close enough to shopping and eating for convenience. Dealing with Jim was a pleasure! We look forward to staying there again soon! We defiantly give this home a 5 star rating!'
