CHECK IN/OUT

Check in time to all of our properties is at 4.00PM and check-out time is 10.00AM.

Late check-out will be charged at $75.00 per hour until 4.00PM. After 4.00PM a full night will be charged (subject to availability).

KEY PICK-UP TIMES

There is a Lock Box located at the home.  A key code and directions to the home will be sent upon final payment.  No need to drive all over Orlando to pick up a key.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

The guest must provide a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express deposit of US$500.00 per stay. No charge is made to the credit card unless there are damages to the assigned property.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment is accepted in either of the following formats: Personal Check, Cashier’s Check, Credit Card or PayPal.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.  or telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations made at least 90 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 90 days are charged 50% of rental unless a replacement booking is made.  Cancellations less than 30 days are charged 100% of rental unless a replacement booking is made.  We will do our best to help find a replacement should the need arise.
No-shows will also be charged in full.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

Once a booking has been made, the Customer agrees to abide by the rules and regulations in reference to our home for lease.
