A: The home is very close to a wide variety of restaurants and supermarkets such as Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, TGI Fridays, Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, Wendys, McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell, etc. 

 
Q: We have never stayed in a vacation home, is it expensive?
A: A vacation home rental in Florida is much cheaper than in Europe - particularly with the current dollar exchange rate. A larger house is excellent value and gives everyone plenty of room. For a group or large family a villa quickly represents much better value than a hotel. 
 
Q: I have heard that all homes include a private screened-in swimming pool.
A: Correct! This will allow you to swim at your leisure ANY time, day or night.
 
Q: Will someone be available to answer questions?
A: Yes, there is an information folder at the home.  There is also a Management Company who can be contacted if needed.  The owner is also available by phone or email.

Q: Who owns the home
A: The home is owned by individuals just like yourselves. The owner has a Florida agent who ensures the home is very well maintained/cleaned etc. and they will be on hand to provide the keys or to answer any questions and ensure that you have a great holiday
